I have been in the heating and cooling field for over 22 years now. I worked for other contractors for almost a decade. I decided that I did not care for the way that most companies treated their customers, or their employees. When I started CARTER MECHANICAL in 2003, I envisioned a company that would strive to deliver integrity in the work that we delivered and form lasting relationships with our customers, and also be a great place to work that actually cared about their employees. I believe that we have accomplished those goals. I look forward to continuing those standards as we continue to grow. I feel truly blessed to be a part of this team and family.Sheryl Carter
I have always been a huge supporter of my husband and CARTER MECHANICAL for almost a decade and 1/2. It has always been our dream for me to be able to help operate and manage this business since carter mechanical was established back in 2003. Finally we have been able to accomplish that dream.
